Do you have a physical store?

No, we are a global online retailer. Our products can be purchased on our website only at this time.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Zip Pay, Klarna, Sezzle and Apple Pay

Can my order be modified?

If you have an issue with your order please email us at customerservice@wearcitizens.com and we will work to correct the issue.

SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Please allow 3-4 business days during peak sale events and holidays.

We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. We ship only to the Billing Address on file with your credit card or bank.

UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.

All orders that have shipping addresses that do not match will be subject to a hold for verification. To assure prompt and on time delivery, please ship to your Billing Address and please enter your address correctly at checkout. All orders are securely processed by PayPal and Stripe.

Orders can be delivered next business day up to 7 business days depending on which shipping method you choose at checkout.

If your package says delivered but hasn’t been delivered your address please contact the carrier responsible for delivery. We don’t have any further information about delivery status as we don’t personally delivery packages. Most shipping comes with insurance and you should be able to file a claim with the carrier  

 

My package got returned, what happens now?

If your package gets returned due to an incorrect address you must notify us of the correct address and are responsible for shipping cost to reissue the package.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Do you issue refunds or exchanges?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase it can be returned back to us for an exchange only within 14 days of receipt.  Exchanges must equate to the value of your order or you can opt for a gift card for future use.
